Shyft Media LLC offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Landing Page Design
  • Website Design

Details of our services, including service level agreements and client expectations, are governed by separate written contracts between Shyft Media LLC and each client.

4. Service Eligibility

Our services and this Site are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All services are billed monthly in advance under a retainer agreement.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card and ACH.
  • A 2% late fee applies to past due invoices.
  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, guarantees, or free trials.
  • Contracts may auto-renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated in accordance with the service agreement.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to necessary platforms and content for service execution.
  • Deliver required materials and approvals in a timely fashion.
  • Use the services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

7. Access and Accounts

You may be required to provide login information or create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

8. Children’s Privacy

  • All Site content and services, unless otherwise noted, are owned by Shyft Media LLC.
  • Clients own the deliverables created for them after full payment, but may not resell or repurpose them.
  • Shyft Media retains the right to use deliverables for internal marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Third-Party Assets and Licensing

Some deliverables may include licensed third-party content such as stock photos, videos, or music. Clients are granted rights in accordance with applicable licenses but are prohibited from using such content outside its intended scope.

10. Results Disclaimer

Marketing outcomes are not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver effective strategies, results may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shyft Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Site or services will not exceed the amount paid to us by the client in the last 30 days.

12. Privacy and Data Use

We collect user data such as email, phone, and IP address to enhance user experience and deliver services. Data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., ad platforms, CRM tools) solely for service-related purposes. By using this Site, you consent to this data collection and use.

13. Modifications to the Terms
